If someone sent you a box and the size is wrong, you can contact us directly. You don't need to go back to them.
We arrange the swap with you and settle the paperwork with the buyer ourselves. We do not tell them you got in touch, and nothing we send you carries a price.
What we do with this. Only the exchange. It never goes on a mailing list, we do not pass it to the buyer, and we delete it after 24 months. Details under privacy.
