Sock gift boxes · shipped once

You do not
know their
size.

Every box here works without it, or tells you exactly what to ask. Forty boxes, each one marked before you buy.

The first question, not the last

So we sort
the boxes
by that.

Not by price, not by colour. Type A needs no size at all. Type B holds two sizes and you send one back. Type C needs their shoe size, and we give you the message to send.

Marked before you buy

Three types.
That is the
whole system.

Every one of the forty boxes carries its type at the top of its page, in type no smaller than the price. You never have to work it out from the description.

A loose-cuff sock lying flat with its cuff relaxed open
Type ANo size needed

Everything inside has a loose cuff that fits EU 36-46. You can order this without knowing anything about their feet.

17 boxes

Two socks of the same style side by side, one visibly larger than the other
Type BTwo sizes in the box

The box holds the same style in two sizes. They keep the pair that fits and send the other one back to us.

5 boxes

A fine-knit dress sock lying next to a slim measuring rule
Type CYou'll need their shoe size

This box is knitted to one size, so you have to pick it. If you do not know theirs, we give you a message you can send them.

When you have no idea

Two ways
forward.

This is the part every other gift shop skips. You either buy something that does not need a size, or you ask them. We built both.

Ask them

One line, no preamble, nothing that gives away what you are buying. Copy it and send it.

“Random question, what shoe size are you? Buying something and don't want to guess.”

Send it as it is. It is short on purpose.

Above $100 the boxes get specific, and specific needs a size. Either ask them, or stay under $100 with the loose-cuff boxes. We would rather say that than sell you a guess.

Six occasions

Sorted by what
happened to them.

Not by price band, not by colour story. Somebody had a birthday, moved house, started a job, or did you a favour.

Why every photo here is of an open box

You should be able
to count them.

Gift photography in this category is usually a pile of ribbon and warm light where you cannot tell how many pairs you are getting. Ours are shot open, from above, with every pair in its own compartment.

Three things worth knowing first

What we do not do, and what we do instead.

Three boxes leaving together on one arrow beside a struck-through repeat symbol

One dispatch, never instalments

There is no subscription here, no monthly plan and no gift card. If you want to give one box a month, order the set and hold them. We say so rather than sell you a plan.

Read the terms
A box drawn in four compartments, one crossed out and three marked with return arrows

Open one pair, return the rest

Some pairs arrive in a sealed bag and some do not. If a sealed pair is opened, only that pair drops out of the 14-day withdrawal right. The rest of the box can still go back.

How returns work
One box fanning out into three separate boxes, each with a location pin

One payment, several addresses

The Multi-Recipient sets let you send each box to a different address in a single order. Every parcel carries its own withdrawal notice and form, because the person holding it may not be you.

Three questions, about ninety seconds

Start with what you do not know.

Gift Fit asks whether you know their shoe size first, because that decides everything else. Say no and we will not show you a single box that needs one.
