We are the controller for the personal data described here, under the AVG and the Uitvoeringswet AVG. The short version: we collect what an order needs, we do not sell anything to anyone, and addresses you give us for other people are used to ship and nothing else.
Who is responsible for my data?

What do you collect, and on what basis?

I entered someone else's address. What happens to it?
It is used to print a shipping label, and that is the whole of it. To be explicit:
- It is never added to a mailing list. Not ours, not anyone else's.
- It is not used to build a profile or to suggest anything to anyone.
- It is deleted within twelve months of the order.
- You see this stated on the checkout page as you type it, not only here: “We only use these addresses to ship. We don't market to them.”
If you are the recipient and you would like your address removed sooner, write to us and we will do it.
Who else sees it?
Processors acting on our instructions only, and only what each of them needs:
- Our hosting and infrastructure provider, which runs the site and the order database.
- A regulated payment provider, which handles the payment itself. We never see or store card numbers.
- A transactional email provider, which sends the confirmation and the withdrawal form.
- Carriers, which get the delivery address and nothing else.
- Our accountant and, where the law requires it, the tax authority.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Where a processor operates outside the EEA we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
What rights do I have?
- To see what we hold about you, and to get a copy.
- To correct it if it is wrong.
- To have it deleted, unless we are legally required to keep the order record.
- To restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- To receive what you gave us in a portable format.
- To withdraw consent to marketing at any time, without affecting what came before.
Ask by email. We answer within a month, free of charge, and we do not require a particular form of words.
What if I am not satisfied with your answer?
You have the right to complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. You may also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live. Telling us first is welcome but it is not a precondition.
Anything about children?
This shop is not for children. You must be at least 13 to use it, and between 13 and 17 you need permission from whoever is responsible for you. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13; if we find we have, we delete it.
