The type is printed at the top of every product page, in type no smaller than the price, in words as well as a letter. It is never carried by colour alone.

Two ways forward, and both are real answers rather than a nudge to guess.

One: buy something that does not need a size. Loose-cuff socks fit EU 36-46 without being stretched to their limit at the top of that range. The whole New Home line is built that way. In Gift Fit, answering “no idea” hides every Type C box completely rather than showing it with a warning.

Two: ask them. One line, nothing given away.

One thing we will not tell you: order a size up to be safe. Socks that are too big slide down inside the shoe and bunch at the heel. Between two rows of the chart, take the smaller one.

1. The box arrives holding the same styles in EU 38-40 and EU 43-45.
2. They keep the size that fits.
3. They, or you, write to support@sockmyfeetnl.shop within fourteen days. We send a return label; the postage on the unwanted size is ours.
4. The unwanted pairs go back unworn, in whatever they arrived in.

This is a convenience we offer on top of your rights. It is in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal, not instead of it. Using the exchange does not use up the withdrawal right, and choosing not to exchange does not affect it either.

Some pairs arrive in a closed bag and some are held by a paper band. Each pair is marked individually on its product page. It matters because the hygiene exception to the right of withdrawal only bites on a pair that was delivered sealed and whose seal has been opened.

A gift box is one order, but it is not one hygiene unit. We will not refuse a return on the basis that the box was opened, and the same table appears under herroepingsrecht so it cannot be lost in the small print.

No. Write to us directly. Every parcel carries a card with our email and phone number for exactly this. We sort the size out with you and we do not report back to the buyer about it.

There is a form for recipients if that is easier than composing an email. What you tell us there is used to sort the exchange and nothing else: it does not go on a mailing list.

One legal note, stated plainly: the 14-day right of withdrawal belongs to whoever made the contract, which is the person who paid. What we describe here is an exchange we run ourselves, because the alternative is you having to go back to them, and that defeats the point of a gift.

• One payment. At checkout you switch on separate addresses and fill in one address per box.
• Shipping is calculated per address and every line is shown before you pay.
• Everything ships at once. This is not a delivery schedule and it is not a subscription. If you want to give one box a month, order the set and hold them.
• Every parcel carries its own withdrawal notice and model form, because the person holding it may not be the person who paid.
• The addresses you give us are used to ship and nothing else. They are never added to a mailing list and are kept for no more than twelve months.

Stand on a sheet of paper with the heel against a wall, mark the longest toe, measure from the wall to the mark. Do it at the end of the day, when feet are at their largest.

Between two rows, take the smaller one. We do not advise sizing up, and we never will: oversized socks slide down and wear through at the heel faster.
