The box holds the same styles in EU 38-40 and EU 43-45.
Keep the size that fits, send the other pair back within 14 days. This is in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal, not instead of it.
We pay the return postage on the unwanted size. Write to support@sockmyfeetnl.shop and we send a label. The person who received the box can do this directly; they do not have to come back to you.

Returning this box
4 of the 4 pairs arrive in a sealed bag. If one of those is opened, that pair alone falls outside the 14-day right of withdrawal, for hygiene reasons.
If you open one pair, the rest of the box can still go back. The outer box is not a seal, so opening it changes nothing.
Your legal rights under Dutch law are not limited to a fixed number of years. How long a product must last depends on what you can reasonably expect from it.
